We're aware of a super frustrating issue for players on Android devices that means purchases aren't able to be completed. The issue will look like the purchase is declined, but this is a technical issue (and also none of the troubleshooting you might find for this error code will help to solve the issue). We're truly sorry for this, as we know that many of you might be stuck on levels and hoping for a little helping hand to complete them. 

We're are still investigating this issue with our friends at Google and don't have a timeframe for when it will be fixed. Be sure to check back here, as we will update the article as soon as the issue is resolved.
